The Lost Arcade Limited Edition

Colours of Tomorrow Limited Edition Artwork 

I was working on a painting called The Arcade while juggling life at Broadway Market. On that day, I brought it with me, painting between sales. Everything felt ordinary, alive, buzzing with colour and sound.

As the day wound down, Mikey came to help me pack up. We shut the cart, put away the paints, and carefully placed the painting on top of our classic Blanchouse market cart. We wheeled it through London Fields Park in usual fashion. Everything felt routine - nothing hinted that something out of the ordinary was about to happen.

It wasn’t until we returned to our storage unit that I reached for the painting… and it was gone. Just vanished. Stolen? Misplaced? We both looked in despair, the question impossible to answer. The one clue we had was El Ganso CCTV: when we left the market, the painting was still there, perched on the cart. Then, somehow, it disappeared into the city - a mystery that lingers to this day.

The new Arcade painting is a tribute to that missing piece - a way to honour what was lost. A reminder that even when a piece goes missing, its spirit can still ignite imagination. The Stolen Arcade became more than a painting - it became a story, a chase, and now, in this tribute, it lives again. Even though something has been lost, it’s not gone.
